ProgressBook Parent Access

OCPS has implemented a new Parent Access Portal this year that replaces K12 Planet, and it's called ProgressBook ParentAccess. Not only do parents and students have access to grades, but ParentAccess also includes attendance records, daily comments, a Homework page, and a webpage where each teacher can add links and documents.

Student and Parent login information will be sent home during the week of September 4-7. Please watch the front website page for the exact date; we will also be making a ConnectEd automated phone message informing of the date.

Requesting Logins

If you do not receive the initial login information, please email Sam Leininger, the Technology Coordinator, and he will send you one.

Parent Logins can only be provided to Parents or Guardians listed in the student's contact information.

Login info will be sent home with the student or made available for pickup at the school. Due to the confidentiality of student records, login info CANNOT be disbursed by phone or email.

Students may also stop by Mr. Leininger's office in the media center, room 213.

Forget your Username/Password?

Once you have set up your email address in ParentAccess, you can retrieve your username or password at any time by going to the login page and selecting the appropriate link; the info will be mailed to the email address you provided.
